Burrito Bowl

Chipotle is a fast food place that shames you into eating healthy. When you’re in line for food, and if you’re vegetarian, you will consider all options and then end up eating the same thing you chose last time: Burrito Bowl. It’s as if there is no choice really. Burrito Bowl is yummy and healthy and you can eat double times its size, no matter how much you make.

 

Ingredients

 

  • 1 can black beans

  • 1 green bell pepper

  • 1 red bell petter

  • 0.5 onion finely chopped.

  • 1 cup corn

  • 0.5 cup rice.

  • 0.5 avocado chopped (optional)

  • 2 spoons sour cream (optionsl)

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • Fist full of chopped cilantro

  • Salt to taste

Method

 

  • Mix all the above ingredient together.

  • Serve in a bowl (I wrote this bullet point just to print more lines)
