Date Laddoos


Date laddoo's are easy, so you can make them and message or whatever on your phone at the same time. Time saver this! Great post-workout meal and stays for a week in your frreedge.




  • 10 Medjool dates pitted

  • 1 cup Toasted Muesli




  • Grind dates to a paste in a mixer.

  • Add toasted Muesli to it. 

  • Make into ball sizes. 

  • Pop into mouth!

  • You know what, I might have actually forgoten the recipe. I did it through trial and error and i don’t remember the exact proportions. Whatever. If you've read till here you might as well just google it.
