Vegan Mango Ice Cream

How i wish i could have the worlds number one problem solver, Ice Cream, without any guilt. So i made up this recipe on my own!

Ingredients

 

  • 1 can coconut milk

  • 1 Mango cut up

  • 4 spoons agave

  • 1 drop Colour (optional)

 

Method

 

  • Mix the agave and coconut milk together. Add mashed mango to it

  • Freeze in a pan.

  • After 4 hours, whip it with a fork and refreeze

  • If it is too hard, melt it and put it in the mixie, ground to a paste

  • Refreeze it for 4 hours. It should be hard without crystals.  

 

Eat it all by yourself, guilt free :)
